"Called to Serve NOW!"

3-Day Youth Mission (ages 16+) - This is an opportunity for youth ages 16-18 to serve as "Stake Youth Missionaries" alongside full-time missionaries. These Youth Missionaries will participate in a missionary training experience and dinner on Friday evening (November 17) at the stake center, and then will spend most of the day on Saturday and Sunday (November 18-19) working directly with a pair of full time missionaries. To participate as a Stake Youth Missionary, you must sign up by November 5. [Registration is now closed]

Missionary Challenge (all youth) - All youth ages 11-18 are encouraged to participate in the Missionary Challenge--a series of fun (and challenging) missionary activities that youth complete individually or with friends from November 12-19. Here is the list of challenges and your personal tracking sheet! Your "mission" is to complete as many of the challenges as possible by 6:00 PM on Sunday night, November 19.

Sharing the Gospel Training and Fireside (all youth) - On Sunday evening (November 19) from 6:00-8:00 PM, all youth in the stake will gather at the stake center for "sharing the gospel now" training, followed by a Q&A panel featuring prospective, current, and former missionaries who will answer questions about sharing the gospel and preparing for a full-time mission. After the panel, we'll watch a video message from missionaries serving from the Nashua stake and then have a testimony meeting where youth can share their missionary experiences from the weekend. We’ll also hear from President Gustafson. Refreshments will be served.

2020 Virtual Youth Conference

“DEVELOPING THE SPIRITUAL SELF-RELIANCE TO GO AND DO”

Congratulations to each young woman and young man who participated in the 2020 Youth Conference and accepted the invitation to prayerfully seek, record, and do the Lord’s will! You ASKED HIM what goals He wanted you to work on, you HEARD HIM, and you DID AS HE DIRECTED, just as young Nephi and Joseph Smith! Well done!!

We loved hearing what Heavenly Father told you to GO and DO, and we rejoice with you in all the good that you accomplished during these two special days. Congratulations for developing greater spiritual self reliance and drawing closer to Jesus Christ!

We all felt so uplifted by the beautiful music provided by Rachel, Dylan, Rebecca, Dianne, Caleb, and Louisa. And we were inspired by the words of Emma, Lili, Victor, Sister Gustafson, Hayden, Dallen, and President Holland. Thanks to all of you!

Many thanks to our amazing Youth Conference SYC team: Zach, Emma, Hayden, and Makenna!

Don't forget to prayerfully set and work on one goal each day through July 31! Use your Youth Conference Goal booklet to record what God says to you and what you achieved by doing His will for YOU!

We testify that Heavenly Father has a plan for YOU and that He will continue to show it to you as you “ask in faith, nothing wavering.” Keep developing spiritual self reliance by setting and achieving goals with your Heavenly Father!

Below are recordings of the two morning devotionals and the special musical numbers.

2020 Virtual Stripling Warrior Camp

“WORTHY TO BE CALLED SONS” (Alma 56:10)

  • Stripling Warrior Camp for 11 to 17-year-old young men of the Nashua New Hampshire Stake will take place on July 8-10.

  • This "virtual camp" will enable our young men to come together to increase "in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man" by allowing them to participate in a series of personal challenges, quorum-based activities, and inspirational devotionals.

  • The purpose of the camp is to strengthen each young man, unify each quorum, and build bonds of brotherhood across the Stake.

  • Like many other youth activities and summer camps, this will be a "first of its kind" event, with a focus on having fun and strengthening faith in Jesus Christ as these youth continue on their journey from boyhood to becoming valiant missionaries, husbands, and fathers.

2020 Aaronic Priesthood Restoration Devotional

Our 2020 online Aaronic Priesthood Restoration Devotional was fantastic. We heard testimonies from members of the Stake Youth Committee, listened to a powerful rendition of “See the Mighty Priesthood Gathered” by Alessio and Carson, and were inspired by President Gustafson’s message about the First Vision. After the formal program ended, we had fun competing in a First Vision quizlet. Many thanks to our SYC young men and Bro. Jeffrey for a wonderful evening together!
